Vendor Policy & Terms

Transparency is key. Here is everything you need to know about fees, payouts, and maintaining your store on GHMart.

Service Fees

  • Platform Fee: GHMart charges a flat 3% fee on every successful sale.
  • Processing Fee: Paystack charges standard processing fees for handling mobile money/card transactions.
  • By default, these fees are passed to the customer. Vendors can choose to absorb them in their Dashboard Settings.

Payout Schedule

We operate a Split Payment System. We do not hold your funds.

  • 97% of the item price is sent the next business day to your bank/mobile money account via Paystack.
  • Payouts are automatic. No withdrawal request is needed.

Monthly Subscription & Termination

Basic Account Maintenance Fee

GHS 20.00 / MONTH
ACTIVE

Payments are due every 30 days. You have a 7-day grace period.

LOCKED

If unpaid after 7 days, your dashboard will be locked. You cannot add products or withdraw funds until paid.

DELETED

Strict Policy: If subscription fees remain unpaid for 3 months (90 days), your store, products, and account data will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.
