Simple rules for fees, payouts, and keeping your store open.

Fees

  • Platform fee: GHMart takes 3% on every successful sale.
  • Payment fee: Paystack’s usual Mobile Money and card fees also apply.
  • By default, customers pay these fees. You can change this in Settings.

Getting paid

We do not hold your money.

  • 97% of the item price is sent the next working day to your bank or Mobile Money.
  • This happens automatically. You do not need to request it.

GHS 20 / month

OpenDue every 30 days. You have a 7-day extra window.

LockedAfter 7 days unpaid, your dashboard locks until you pay.

RemovedUnpaid for 90 days: your store and products are permanently deleted.
